@Kim Rose if you are shopping on the MLS you won't find any 25-30% off deals unless you have cash and cozy up with a great agent.

Well, the warning bell should’ve gone off when I saw a shop-vac in his living room. 

While making some small talk with my biggest investor about looking for more deals he gave me the "green light" to shop for more deals and jokingly said that he wants to see my debt to him grow much bigger.If you are struggling to raise private money get extremely detailed on what you plan to do with your investors money and kick on doors till you get your first yes!

The companies I've delt with also do charge a late fee for dumpsters held over 2 weeks.I shopped around and found "fast dumpsters" to be the cheapest.
