Notewerx was a good concept and created by Marc Gold but it seems Marc has gone off on another direction and let Notewerx basically wither away, too bad. 

If the tenants are a book store, video rental store and a retail electronics store I would adjust the return I  would require way up because there is a lot of risk in those type of tenants.If the tenants were a hot, new concept restaurant, a starbucks, a yoga studio and a nail salon right beside a popular bike trail I would up my price to $3.5 million :)

I'm not sure if someone can share a partnership agreement they have or not but I am having a though time wrapping my head around this concept.

I read the book "Quit Your Job in 19 Weeks or Less - The Ultimate Real Estate Investment Blueprint" by Sean Terry and was consumed by the concept of wholesales.

I really not looking for a recap on the basic rules or concept.

I don't quite understand it and was hoping you guys could explain it to me (I'm sure it's a really basic concept I'm just missing).How does equity come into play in notes investing and why do you care about it?

The suggestions from @Dave Visaya are great resources and will help you figure it all out.Lastly, spend time everyday on BP getting comfortable with the Real Estate Investment (REI) language and concepts.  

These malls have anchors such as Macy's but the anchors do not pay much money per sq ft at all.More sophisticated mall owners that are more experienced are converting the spaces to restaurants and more entertainment concepts that draw consumers into the center.
