I've been investing in real estate with it rather than keeping in the stock market, mainly because I believe in real estate more long term than the stock market.

One of the main things that seem to allude to me is what sort of paperwork do Private lenders want to see when someone is asking for a loan? 

Mainly looking at Big White or Radium hot springs, does anyone have experience in these areas that has any tips on how to decide on a place and which will bring generate more monthly passive income and appreciate better?

The extra lot will come valuable but the main lesson learned is to invest in great area!
