With the price of property in the local area and still the not as local area, I do believe it will be hard to find rentals but if you are looking at every property with a view to flip - and the rental route in the back of your mind, surely you can't go too far wrong :)@DavidCheung - thanks for the property radar tip.

We'll see if the numbers work, but so far, it's a great start.Another tip:  Some areas show the note when mortgages are made.  

So finally got the detailed bid from contractor...Sending it off along with all that is needed...CMA, Repair Bid, Power Point presentation,  Deal breakdown...ANY TIPS????

You can't tip toe around the issue and have to be direct.
