Being able to take that off my plate was huge and worth every penny.

I don't want to sugar coat it, but you need to know this.

You really want to make sure that they haven't been stripping the copper wire out of the walls.

Are you going in to places and trying to just money grab and pay pennies on the dollar or are you trying to work for the benefit of everyone and solve peoples problems.

I am picking up strong  "C" an "B" class apartment complexes for pennies on the dollar compared to what we would pay out here in San Diego. 

They also filled me in on how to clean the concrete (floor maintainer with black pad), spray the dye, roll on a coat of sealant and roll on a coat of finish. 

I then used a piece of PVC pipe and some copper tubing to make a water cooled refrigeration condenser which we connected to the A/C unit to replace the air cooled condenser. 

The house will always be there and as long as I could find a buyer I would get out every penny that I put in unlike mutual funds where 5 years down the road I could very easily have lost thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it.This sounds like a good idea to me but I know that there are probably factors I'm not considering due to my lack of knowledge and experience in this field.

Although I know wholesaling is not easy, I am never a negative penny because it turns people off and away.
