But as a landlord I am only willing to forego the potential customer if I have something substantial to hold the unit.The other question I have is for those people that have the tenant sign the lease with only the security deposit.

Those in the business are likely repeat customers, buying more than one property, they buy and make repairs or fix other issues, so selling to them at a lower price is common sence.

At some point paint and that should help it feel less cabinny.I'd wait on the sign too, I don't see that as being a retail center where you need a lot of signage to draw in customers.

I also can't wait until I am actually getting paid directly in proportion to how hard I work instead of someone else making so much money off my sweat equity, I have a very strong work ethic, excellent customer service and communication/networking skills and unbridled enthusiasm and passion and these qualities are under-appreciated and under-compensated in my current career.We live in northwest Denver and love living in Colorado, it's absolutely beautiful here and there are a lot of great activities and the mountains are just a Jeep ride away.
