Going to be listing a new property soon by Lake Winnisquam in NH and Im looking for some recommendations /referrals for photographers & cleaners that specialize in ABnb / vacation rental property listings.Ideally they would have a lot of experience with short term rentals for both since they are much different than residential house cleanings and regular real estate photography for MLS listing.Anything helps!

Because a payment plan is spread over a period of time, I would keep the owner updated regularly until the plan is complete.Again, I operate this way because I'm detailed, everything is documented, I'm confident in my process, and my owners know I operate with their best interest in mind every time.

Albeit, a lot harder to get approved for these compared to a regular DSCR loan you can find at a mortgage shop that mostly focuses on 1-4 Units.
