Should those percentages apply to the cost basis computation?

@Heather Henriques, if you're using the website from a computer, you can edit your post by clicking on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the post you want to edit. 

And I don't like being on computers that long, i like being on my feet, and want good hours (40 hours a week) so I can be with family. 

Years ago, back when IBM was the gold standard in the computer business, they used to have a slogan, "Nobody ever got fired for choosing IBM."

So I am trying to wholesale houses and I like the idea of probate leads, but when I called the county court sent me to the supreme court, and they told me to go in and look on their computer for the records, is this the best way to find the probate leads with real estate attached or is there an easier way to find the records..?

Frankly, I would much rather spend my time researching, improving, and adding properties to my portfolio versus the typical 9 to 5 spent at my computer.
