There's been challenges before and there will be challenges in the future.  

Lenders are challenging to begin with , adding new to building will make them even more nervous. 

Not sure if still around but I have a funny story about my Law professor in HS challenging me on it existing and my brother being in law school at Texas A&M at the time.

I've followed Dave Ramsey for years and liked the challenge of paying off the mortgage as soon as possible. 

Mini splits are capable of heating and cooling but they're a bit ugly with the inside units being bulky and noticeable and also they are a bit more of a challenge to service (no central air filter)Does anything else run on propane such as the dryer, water heater, range, etc?

What was crazy easy 12 years ago is very challenging now e.g. many competitive buyers not to mention the big hedge fund guys. 

@Wes Singleton - that is a good point, however on the development side of things you're looking at highly fluctuating (increasing) material costs as well as challenges on timing due to labor shortages.
