My husband ran his own business for the last 12+ years which he lost recently, and he is finding the same thing....stepping back into the corporate world after so many years out is proving extremely challenging (and frustrating). 

The DIY turned was more challenging than I anticipated while working a full-time job.

But like all plans there were challenges and my first child was born shortly after my return which made it a little harder to devote the time required for a new agent to grow their business.
