I used an inspection camera I got on a Black Friday sale at Harbor Freight to look inside, and there is definitely insulation in the walls. 

Setting up a website is SO SIMPLE and once someone completes your web form their information is automatically stored in Freedom$oft for you to manipulate as needed.I've used it for over two years now and have had great success getting FSBO leads that are not on the MLS.

I use a web based software called Reifax which allows me to pull properties in probate however it only seems to provide me the name of the deceased in addition to necessary property information.

Once those numbers are in black and white, it's going to be hard for them to turn away any money at all.

I think a darker blue, or just black would be easier to see.
