Going to little farther I would highly recommend checking out the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester).  

I regularly hear from people asking me if I am expanding Black Diamond into Western MA.You probably already know about CTREIA.

Here in CO it costs $50 on the secretary of state's web site to create an entity, so creating two would cost you $100.  

Even if cash was paid you would still need to calculate the actual purchase price over 30 yr period to ensure you stay in the black.

Lots more than wearing a name badge, buying a car magnet or creating a web site.I'd think this would be a conversation to have with her broker.
