I don't know if there are any tools out there, I didn't find any - so I'm looking to build a web app for Smallplex investors.

I've been all over the web and reading forums and now I'm completely confused.  

Like when I started researching to get my GC license, I gathered all the info in an Evernote notebook, using the web clipper to save whole web pages about my state's requirements, books needed, fees, procedures, applications, etc.

I have had bad experiences with web developing taking large deposit under delivering and exceeding deadlines, and then going over alloted amounts anyways. 

If you want to make some connections you can try getting out to the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester, that is probably the closest bigger group to you.

I'm very finicky when it comes to systems that I use all the time.I've investigated the various CRMs and all that and either they cost money or they're ugly monstrosities and web based.
