Hi Andrew,I like your wrap around porch, and as you wrote, it's a huge architectural feature on your front facade, so it needs the proper balastrade.A simple and inexpensive solution would be simple square 2"x 2" wood balusters, rather than the skinny aluminum versions, all around the porch.

I have a lot of friends in the real estate game that are constantly complaining about having to do the property management themselves or using a system that is difficult and doesn't solve all of their issues.I want to build a better system for property management than is currently available on the market that offers the option for services so you can truly hands of manage you property for much less than a traditional property management company would charge.Would love to get some feedback from the community here on what would be really valuable from a property owner in terms of features, value created and pricing.

Issues:seasonal, just 9 months with high vacancies in the summercareless students don't care about the property as they will just be moving onI learned by the school of hard knocks on this one and thus bought in blue collar areas where families would dominate the applications :)
