We have all of the legal set up for Title III, but I don't anticipate implementing the technology needed ahead of other features until there is more track record to see if anyone can make it work.

Investor out of state do research on local customs and areas to identify quality areas make sure they understand the dynamics that are in play in renter dominated cities like the mid west and north and deep south.. once they have a understanding of that.. put the pieces together most folks are now financing again.. so their are third party apprasials and one should hire a home inspector make sure the scope of work was adhered to.close then make sure you have a very good PM if your out of state if you live there self manage is possible.

I haven't been around for 10+ years so maybe they called it something different back in the day but I don't think REST means anything in the context of real estate investing (REI is a common acronym for Real Estate Investing).Aside from that, you should be able to find a ton of information through Bigger Pockets on the topics you're interested in by using the search feature.
