maybe the tenant does not know them either, but if they do you may get sued. its pretty easy to find the info - google is your friend. also suggest training put on by your local rental owners associations.....

When you can train someone else to deliver an SOW that looks exactly the way you would have done it, you'll have built a system for doing the walk-through and creating an SOW.Once you've built a system for every significant function of your business (e.g., performing the actual rehab, doing a final inspection of the home, turning the property over to the new owners, etc.), then you'll have an actual business that you can hire other people to work within, while you focus on working on making the business better, more profitable, etc.

I’m currently taking Real estate classes and planning to go for my License in a month and later for MA next year.I interviewed for Keller Williams firm in Bedford two weeks ago and I would tell you (even thou there’s a lot of agent in the office) the environment in the office is very friendly and their willing to help plus training classes M-F, twice a day.
