Hello~ I'm getting ready to move out of state and currently live in a house that is zoned both residential and C-2 (community shopping district).

This would cover drugs, felons with weapons, people who are not allowed to legally posses weapons, Discharge of weapons in an illegal manner on the property, fires in the yard that are against local ordinances, Keeping kidnapped children in the basement, running a chop shop out of the garage, human organ trafficking and the like. 

May need to shop around

Walkability/proximity to restaurants, bars, shops, etc (why live in the city if you can't walk to everything you want??)

You'll have to shop around a lot for a bank that will finance residential property in an LLC.

Once you learn the ropes a little better, you’ll know what to look for when shopping a syndicate.

However, there is a huge development now under way in close proximity to the College that will have 750 apartments, shops, a gym, etc.

I am intrigued by Fannie Mae loans but not getting as much info as I'd like on them despite shopping through multiple lenders, both local and larger.
