Hi guys,  Just wanted to talk shop with the BP network and get a feel of where people are in their journey. 

I will shop around, nonetheless. 

Obviously neighborhoods, house condition, market prices, etc. affect deals and where I should shop, but I just wanted to know if there is a way to quickly determine if the property is worth further analyzing just by taking a quick look at the numbers?

A few months ago I started seeing more deals make sense, and now there's enough of them to justify shopping around and making a move. 

Just something to think about.As far as financing, you'll have to shop around.

Currently wrapping up what has been an extraordinarily challenging shopping center redevelopment project.It never ceases to amaze me how much there is to learn and so I’m eager to meet and interact with the community to take my skills to the next level.

Hardwood flooring.what I think is that Hardwood flooring has a much much longer lifetime, and it is not that much more expensive  (If you know where to shop for  material and decent priced flooring companies. ...) vs.

I will shop around if I was in your shoes.

Is it better to shop for residential (or other) zoned land and pursue the prospect of rezoning?
