Will:I don't think Detroit will be the next Hollywood because of the weather and infrastructure ( Most of the vendors are in California, New York, Chicago and Florida) but it can definitely have room to grow in that direction.To of you who love to bash Hollywood.Just remember, that Hollywood is one of the last manufacturing industry in the country and one of the biggest exporter which bring lots of revenue here.

That being said, in theory he knows the project better than the other bidders which would make his bid come out higher, but the window pricing...just doesn't make sense unless he's using a significantly higher quality manufacturer.

I have been tossing around the idea of doing a flip in my area to provide for an initial capital boost, as I have done very well in regards to the ARV of my two previous properties.I have a lead for purchasing a 3/2 manufactured home built in 2007 very close to where I live for $60,000 that is not currently listed, comps in the area are between $80,000 and $95,000.
