Hey guys I'm just getting started and I went to set up Google voice and noticed a lot of news stories that said Google voice would be removed in the coming months.  

If a seller googles it, they will take the first one that pops up.  

Just Google search it and you should be able to find a few meetings or organizations.

If you want to be ambitious the NEREIA tonight in Chelmsford (You can Google it but meeting starts at 7 and is at the Best Western, I think 187 Chelmsford St. right by the I495/Rt3 interchange).  

I put the decedent's address into google maps to check the property, but then I'm stuck when their address is a hospice care center or out of state.

You can also Google for a 2nd trust deed for California and use that and have Legal Shield attorneys go over it first.
