Any great comprehensive global real estate website/portal anyone?

A comprehensive review if you will. While I got valuable information and knowledge while typing in literally hundreds of search queries and terms out on google related to global real estate markets, hotspots and real estate trends, I found that to be an extremely inefficient way to acquire expertise/knowledge because many search results repeat themselves over and over and that lacks focus.

BRRRR Financing Help

That is what you need to be asking the banks about. if they do delayed financing. you should google it and make sure you understand what you will need to do. keep in mind that most lenders will do 75% LTV or 100% of HUD whichever is lower. so that means that you want to try and include any rehab funds on the HUD statement.
