We will buy the LLC and transfer the entity using the Texas amendment (Form 424) and file it with teh state.

You'll need to have them fill it out as Smartmove won't give you their SSN or other personal info, so you'll need to keep that on file, yourself, as you'll need all that info if problems arise.
