I am shocked at how people will just flat out lie, and just hope you don't really run a background check,,she was pushing me to get the application to me, the eviction was just filed about two  weeks ago, I guess she figured she might get the application run before it showed up.....ALWAYS RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS!!!!!!!

The web site is something that I can afford to have done so I can continue doing more important tasks to find deals.Mailers, answering the phone, wife 4 kids, mow lawn, part time job, driving for dollars, podio, probate listings, Excel files, chess, video games, $$$, call leads, oil change, eat, sleep, breath, omg kid again, twice in one night, how is that even possible. lol Yea you know the drill.          

I know I'm to get the Writ and file with the sheriffs office for them to meet me at the property and literally evict her but of course that's another 5 days I'm sure.  

And i understand after purchasing the right of redemption period before you can file for deed if not redeemed.
