I’ve read the blogs, watched the YouTube videos and listened to plenty of podcasts but the biggest thing for me is jumping the broom and getting started!!

All the books, podcasts, youtube videos can never substitute real world experience.

I've been doing extensive research and listening to a lot of podcasts/youtube videos on Wholesaling, and after years of following BiggerPockets, and months of complacency and hesitation, I'm ready to begin my path to financial freedom through real estate. 

I learned almost everything I know from Jaelin White - he has a ton of free content on YouTube, so I'd recommend watching all of his videos.Get to know your market, understand how to comp properties, understand how to roughly estimate repairs, etc.

@Cristhian Huamani Hey Cristhian, I just saw your YouTube video dated 4/27/2020, entitled “5 Ways to Buy Cheap Houses in Hagerstown Maryland”.

Researched bigger pockets and YouTube videos.

I didnt want to send her a youtube video or a something off google that just explains the definition.

Youtube is awesome for free content as well.

Spent tons of time watching bigger pockets, Clint Coons, etc on youtube explain how this stuff worksTalked to some lenders ..... the money down and rehab costs would drain my savings on the first go.

I’ve become obsessed and I’ve been reading as many books as I can find (especially the BiggerPockets books), attending seminars, listening to podcasts, YouTube videos, etc.
