Finished drywall is half the expense of grid ceilings, is more easily painted, and prevents renting residents from accessing your mechanical systems.That's more than two cents worth.  :-)  Good luck!

It won't prevent you from being sued if someone is so inclined, but it doesn't hurt and it might just stop someone from pushing bogus issues after closing.Just something to think about on the next flip.

Insurance Co wanted to pay only 32k, I hired an adjuster and we settled for 154k.Another example: 2 years ago we had a storm, and roof drain got clogged with leaves and the building got flooded, insurance Co denied my claim.
