It's inexpensive to file and in most municipalities it can be done online.

Here, with a few clicks and a few bucks the tenant can get the deed online so not like it is something that can be hidden away. 

Word of mouth referrals will be better than looking online (in my opinion).

Sell it as “all inclusive” so including electric cable water and internet.

It's so easy to find who owns a business online and it's subsidiaries if any as well as place of business, etc.

A bunch of strangers on the internet can't do the thinking required to figure out the opportunity cost for him.
