The overall market slowed, a few builder neighborhoods by smaller builders got abandoned for a bit (leaving the residents with no garbage pickup or street lights in some cases unfortunately with no builder funding for HOA). 

After the sale went immediately to the property to secure my six figure bid, and a beautiful stained glass door with side lights was all broken apart, fortunately a neighbor had the license number of the only car that drove past his house to get to the subject.
