I don't have a real recommendation, but when I was working in downtown Fort Worth, all the remodels of buildings down there seemed to have a "Cowboy Coring" truck out front.I remember because their slogan is "Your Hole is Our Goal".No clue if they are good or not though.

Turn time is about location and condition, of course, but a remodeled property or one in great condition will still sell quickly if the price isn't absurd.
