How extensive was the remodel?

I will paint a picture of an example to better ask the question: If I was remodeling a house and had a goal of middle of June but blocked out dates until July 1 to be safe.

3 bed 2.5 bath, ~1800 sfMajor exterior remodel due to that old nasty LP siding that swells and absorbs moisture.

We mainly build new construction but also take on some homeowner remodels.

If kitchen and baths are remodeled I would budget 30-40k.

That sums up what I was wondering, and it all paints a pretty clear picture.I'm brrrr'ing, so my biggest concern has always been what I'm going to do come the completion of the remodel, and I start having to pull off the refinance portion.  

Hey Alex, my husband has been remodeling our personal flips and Brrs and started branching out to help others.

Does anyone have somewhat of a roundabout number that I can expect to pay a contractor to renovate a 2-3 bedroom home? I’m talking just a facelift to modernize, the foundation and bones are prime.

I work full time in Kansas City for a remodeling company.
