So, if we go with PML to buy, there are challenges on the refinance.Any guidance and help is appreciated.Do owners who finance offer a long term arrangement with low down payment with an agreement that more money will be contributed when the dollar exchange becomes more reasonable?

I would challenge you to post them on here, it will help you feel more accountable! 

That being said, the people seemed hard working and friendly and I personally have no issues working with people of this mentality or the challenges that come with it.

@Matt Hiltner unless your current day job is in some sort of sales, you will likely find the broker route pretty challenging.

I believe that I have somewhat of a technical advantage because I already understand CAP rates, cash-on-cash returns, etc. etc.
