I wonder what has changed in Vegas to prevent that in the future.

He prevents them by  having his tenants pay him!

Since it is about 5 hrs from home, it would prevent me having to take a week off of work to do stuff like painting, cleaning the yard etc that comes with selling a house that is in good condition and just needs sprucing up.How much should I discount off the CMA?

hi antoine and yeah the brrr method is good but it's pretty much prevented here in the u.k as they wouldn't allow the correct Mortage from a rental stand point .

I'm hopeful that careful, consistent messaging will prevent parishioners from misunderstanding what we're working to accomplish.  

You should check with your insurance company and a local fire prevention company.

This was intended to prevent people from reclassifying all of their income in a pass-through to take this deduction.Below the $315K limit, it seems anyone can take the 20% for any pass-through business. 

I'd hate to see the same happen to anybody else if it could possibly be prevented.
