Contractor said $20K is barely cutting it but $30K will take care of everything.

I'm wondering if right off the bat, I should stay away from big banks like Wells Fargo (my primary bank) and not waste my time. 

So sharing a room now isn’t the end of the world but as they enter their teenage years having separate rooms will just cut down on the drama.

I will look into commercial lendors but am concerned with higher rates cutting into profits.

I heard about the Rebuild NWF program providing 75% funding for updated impact windows but unfortunately that program ran out of funding recently. just missed the cut :(Anyways, it got me thinking so Im interested if anyone knows any kind of programs like this for any type of renovation/installation that I can take advantage of as Im bringing this home back to life.Thanks in advance!

I would purchase new to cut down on future issues. 

@Marc Possoff here is the zoning code published by the city https://www.amlegal.com/codes/client/philadelphia_pa/For a garage/ parking pad you will need a curb cut which will require a variance unless its on a backstreet which does not allow parking.
