If you're looking to house hack in Denver and don't call Craig, you're wasting time and money.

Make sure it comes across as an honest mistake and not them purposely misleading you....otherwise they will immediately get on the defensive and you'll have a much harder time negotiating a price cut.

But if things don't go as planned, I'd look to sell to cut losses.  

If the crash doesn't come for five more years, you could be kicking yourself for wasting all that time!

Cut those things off that are not going to help you reach your goal.
