However, like someone else pointed out, great tenants can certainly come across large unexpected financial issues....like a medical bill or some other act of God that they aren't monetarily prepared for.

With the weather we've gotten here, I'm sure there are people that got hit with a car that wouldn't start and freezing pipes bursting at the same time...sprinkle in some medical bills and you could really be hurting.If it were a 12% interest only loan then I'd say pay it off immediately.

Basically a community for seniors, that offers assistance with day and to day chores but doesn't require the same medical staff as a nursing home- nor does it offer the same medical services as a nursing home.
