This is a paraphrase of the laws as I remember them and things may now have changed.This, of course, almost effectively almost requires that an re agent be involved in some phase of the deal even if you are not required to have a liscense.All such liscensing questions should be verified by a qualified attorney in the area in question as those laws vary so widely from state to state.All that being said I also agree that the monies spent on the RE liscense is some of the best education that you will ever pay for.

I'm glad to know that the issue is site-wide . . . it'll make it easier to find and fix.Nick - Donors are people who have donated money to the site to support it and authors are people who have submitted articles to the site, which appear in the article directory.While I love to see people competing for those participatory badges, frankly, the badge that I most like to see is the BiggerPockets PRO badge.

I am much better served concentrating on strategies that do not hav ethe incredible hinderences of working with end buyers (FHA lending and their BS rules).My new strategy and system is coming along very well and will soon take the place of several others.
