I have 14 units of my own here in Washington state but a son that I want to get started with in Colorado Springs.

I'm a full time sheet metal worker but probably spend just as much time working on my wholesaling business.

I found this about Colorado.

In Colorado, I can do all of my classes and such online to accrue the 168 hours needed, but I then have to go to Denver and take the state and federal tests.

I live in a very hot market in Fort Collins, Colorado - any deal to be had will MOST LIKELY NOT be found on the MLS.

Not trying to pile on, just a professional heads up, but LLC stands for limited liability company, so there is no need to add another "co" after you list Walker Enterprizes, LLC. 

My goal was to establish a decent PM co around here (already had one I manage my own portfolio with) and I was backed by a local designated agency broker/owner who would have referred her clients to me.
