Are they truly NNN where you pass ALL expenses to the tenants (including exterior maintenance) or some modified version: N, NN, or other?

A version of this will exist in most municipalities  but brokers  usually just pull up the public records one pager on the MLS  which doesn't provide this information.

I'm looking forward the data analytics page getting built out fully; the beta version shows promise.The fees for credit card payment, using FF affiliate KeyCheck, are higher than most of our guests want to pay.

A regular camera will monitor more of an area, but it is nice to have the doorbell version so if the house is empty and someone rings the doorbell, you are notified and can talk to them through it. 

Also, if you do use it, which version do you recommend?

Hi BP family,Hope you are all well I just received via mail the awesome book by Brad Turner on "Rental Property Investing" and have listened to the audio version.

I just wasn't sure if the (potential) lack of insulation is fixable, deal breaker, or just something people live with in old houses.My property is in New Hampshire, but I'm happy to say they've got their own version of the program.  

They might have a version for investors, but I'm not sure.
