@Andrej Petrovski I have seen on some posts that some people would pay the occupants a lump some to get out and to keep the house in good condition.i want to say the amount was $20k wich is a lot of money in my opinion.I guess it all depends on what the place is worth and what you may have to spend if they do take/sell everything but the kitchen sink.

Adding a sink and shower is doable as I could connect it to the kitchen supply and drain but adding a toilet is too much time and money..

So everyone is living in 120 year old houses that have been split into 3-6 small apartments...the upper floors often have weird low ceiling angles in some or all rooms...like over the sink or a bedroom window because they squeeze out just a little more space.
