Do not dispose of anything yet, and take a video too prior to doing that, so that it shows everything that was left behind.

I've been working with random friends help build some quick automation processes around AP, email, excel files, etc. 

Most folks eventually build their own Excel models based on how they like to underwrite, so you can consider that as well as you get more experienced.
