House hacking is most common entry point, and easier to get room-mate renters when young, but flipping is an excellent sport to learn young, it's a fantastic resource to know how to build equity, very literally, so get there when you can.

I watched one of those "MeetKevin" videos...while annoying to watch at times...can have some interesting tidbits like this video said if everyone in America spends --- I believe --- somewhere around $50 less per month, then we're bound for a recession, as that's multi-billions taken from the economy.
