After he pointed out where the tree was infected and pointing out the spots where there was massive sap bleeding, I made the call to cut it down, he said he could just trim it up but the tree was going to drop at some point in the not to distant future (1-5 years was his estimate based on the damage that had already been done).

lets say you spot a deal on the block but there is no running water, gas is shut off, electricity is off …there is no way you can check plumbing, furnace, etc ..some REOs even say “seller will not activate utilities” …I think you could activate utilities in your name …but then how about all the outstanding bills that might hit you ?!

I just recently came back from HAWAI, and seeing the insane prices there and other popular vacation spot prices, $400-600K for acreage and waterfront is not a bad deal.First of all, I had spent the last for few weeks learning how to buy WATERFRONT.and BOY is it complicated: Buffer zones, Buy downs, Easements and Right of Way.
