You can get property managers who specialize in it and likely you'll pay the same percentage you would for a family.My suggestion would be rent to a group of friends, professionals ideally but college students too.

But if you're looking to determine what market rent is... look around at other properties that are for rent and similar to yours, hire a professional management company that is familiar with the market that can give you an accurate rent number, or talk to a Realtor that specializes in rentals.
