That said, there a numerous ways to make money at this without violating laws or misinforming sellers.Finding a mentor is a great idea.With that said, it is very common practice for people, especially gurus, to tell newbies that the best and easiest way to get started in real estate investing s through wholesaling and I could not disagree more.
