From that 1 phone call, I've made close to $500,000 and we've just opened up a shipping store in Manhattan in November where the business runs without me needing to be there and we're expanding, when so many people have been laid off, businesses that have been around for years closed down in a matter of a few months and people are trying to figure out what to do for money.   

A way around is to call ida signs you pay a bit extra but he stores and places the signs for you whenever you get a listing he goes and puts its up.

I would have nothing that I could not replace easily and documents need to be stored in water proof bags.

Jobs are close , schools are good , stores are close , crime is lower . 

Additionally, the hardware stores in the area are sold out of pipe insulation and heating tape so I'm not sure what else I would even do if I were close by aside from trying to thaw it with a blow dryer. 

He funded the rehab account we were both signers on, and I bought rehab materials as needed from local home improvement stores, some tings from discount wholesale shops or FB marketplace.  

When you visit these stores you get the material costs for items as well as the installation costs on many things like flooring, countertops, cabinets, water heaters, appliances, tile, lighting, toilets etc.

I would look for good things like grocery stores, Starbucks, Panera Bread or anything that you would like. 

I know you said you can't get out because the roads are bad, but are any stores doing deliveries?
