That is interesting.Usually when we can't work things out, the trust level has gotten so low I can't imagine mediation helping ... however maybe I am wrong?

One day, with our credit union, on a Nov. day, in 2006, I wrote a series of letters, to my creditors, while being a "responsible"...tax payer, and debtor...mind you, I wasn't late on a SINGLE credit card or mortgage payment...BUT...JUST BECAUSE I WROTE A LETTER....THAT PRESENTED RISK TO MY LONGEST STANDING CREDITOR....THEY DID THE WORST THING IMAGINABLE TO MY CREDIT AND MY HUSBANDS....THEY CANCELLED OUR ACCOUNT...and we were CURRENT!!!

I would imagine that they have a very high success rate with that type of format.Of course then you're only dealing with local students unless you go the webinar or online course component to it also.That's probably the most interesting concept I've run across so far.

I'm not a broker myself but I would imagine that there are classes involved in order to get your license in the 1st Pl. as well as continuing education classes.There are probably groups and associations for loan brokers, as well as discussion forums for them online.

thanks jason...well i'm not in a lazy boy, i'm in a cheap uncomfortable chair at my computer "KNOWING" that my future isn't taken care of. all i can do is read and imagine that comfy chair in front of the nice desk in my own office where i will do my business from in the future :-) thanks to all for the encouragement.
