Consider that multiple income streams ( eg jobs+ rental income) are going to help you payoff that debt faster than a job alone. you also want to think about your DTI - debt to income ratio.

I get around 8-12% APY on all of my capital and I can convert it back to USD at any time.I don't put my capital into savings or checking accounts because you're losing money value faster than inflation and .05% APY is not worth it for me.

No bedrock, no cement, not even a stack of stones, nothing to keep those 4X4s from slipping in deeper and deeper, which is what they do with the weight of a kitchen and the help of a few million termites...and being the old deck/back patio...as in 1920 house.

Tenant moves out and causes $1,500 in damages but you only had a $1,000 deposit, so that's another $500 in lost income.You could do better through scale because most units get rented faster than a month, most homes don't need a new fridge, and most renters don't leave owing more than their deposit.
