If negotiations commence around the additional value of the land, you can consider asking the seller to carry at favorable terms, or some kind of delayed payment plan for the additional land so the park is not burdened with that extra weight right out of the gate.

I think people give Oil and Gas bigger weight to the economy than job numbers would indicate. 

I definitely would have thought depreciation would have been faster by now, given there has been no Tourism for 6 months! 

Some of the people that are growing their portfolio by a lot faster scale usually started small in the beginning.Some of the success stories that are frustrating you are extremely fabricated and/or there are parts of the story they are leaving out.

The proof will always be in the pudding -- crime needs to maintain or drop and non-police issues need to be solved either equal or better/faster than today.
