I just didn't know the ins/outs of the bankruptcy process as related to current rent - but I assume I can still evict through normal process for lack of payment. 

Unfortunately he has no pension & W.Comp is not enough to live on, BUT his rental income sure is.Over the years we have tried to help several others but some just lack the drive & give up when they realize it's not as 'passive' as they thought or were told.

And like the above said a concession of 3,600 (I’d actually required double that) for lack of transparency.

Hello All,  My lack of google ability is making me think there is only 1 Turn Key company in Springfield.

I am looking for a partner to go in with me due to my beginner experience/lack to get a loan without income as a student. 

1: They take any random person just to fill the place. 2: They lack the understanding for the reserves needed for repairs, tax payments, etc. 3: They think renting out a home is the golden path to early retirement while not realizing there are many months that you are likely to lose money, not make money. 4: Cash flow is lower on home rentals than newbies realize. 5: They think they can just sell it and buy another new home if things go wrong. 6: When things go wrong they become weak minded and give up. 7: They have good success with their first rental and think they are smarter than everyone else and this will be easy for them (not true as there will be some major flops).
