The previous lender was Green Tree Service (now Ditech).  

There is a reasonable solution that can benefit both if they talk it out.    

I've managed tenants before in condo situations so I feel comfortable interacting with tenants and empowering people to partner to find solutions.

Not sure what the problem is or more importantly what the solution is?? 

Found a property I like, it's a tri-plex and the basement is covered with mold from the outside ground level to the floor of the unit, also there is a huge tree in the back yard and the roots are all over the back yard ,no grass I suppose because of the roots and all the gutters are filled with stuff from the tree(s) 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 in the basement nice size bedrooms too, question is Is this an up-hill battle ending in defeat or can this property be saved????

I think many people get sidetracked and don't see the forests from the trees, meaning they get so fixated on the Trading leg that they never lift their heads and see the abundant possibilities and opportunities. 

Do you have a solution to the big amount of fees?

Trying to locate that perfect solution for my needs.

Do to being far away from alternative housing solutions you may also experience less property deterioration and abandonment issues.
