I’ve done short term for professionals like traveling nurse, or temp exec and it’s just more trouble than it’s worth, in my opinion.

@Heather Olson I am typically spending the majority of my time in the Northwest Arkansas area but because of my job I often travel to Dallas, Kansas City, OKC, Little Rock, and a few other places.

At the time I was working for a general contractor (Heavy Industrial) and traveling all over the US.

I LIKE making big stupid art, traveling, going on vacation, and still having enough left over to aggressively save for retirement and our son's college education.

So people don't have the large expense of flying to their destination when they travel to the Smokies.

One way I am compensating by placing smaller travel trailers and class B units. 

My wife is from the area, so I am familiar from traveling up there every now and then. 

For the time travel, you will need a Delorean (hard to find), a flux capacitor (no longer available), and plutonium to run it (maybe a felony for you to possess).

I opened about a card every 2-3 months for sign up bonuses [travel hacking is life]. 

followed by travel and lodging followed by entertainment  IE taking my vendors to dinners etc.
