For background, I'm a 23 year old travel nurse, making between $82-90k a year. 

The only solution that comes to mind would be to try and increase global awareness of STRs via an advertising campaign, possibly directed towards non-vacation travelers.

A lot of my desire to succeed in real estate is to be able to travel and watch more live baseball.

Finally, I called him and he said he was on travel and I told him I could get someone out there or stop over in Dec when I would be back in town.

I'm a consultant who travels 50% and works from home 50% so I can live wherever I want.

Since I am remote to my rentals, I have my various repair resources I can reach out to that can fix things on occasion, and then I travel about 4-5 times per year myself check and repair items as needed.  

Before we moved to the Springs we traveled full time in an RV for four years.
