To give some perspective on square footage, here is a picture of the countertop on my most recent granite install:http://123flip.com/wp-content/uploads/Puzzle_House/Staging/5.jpgThat's right at 45 square feet, for both the countertops and the bar overhang you see.So, the total cost was about $1350 for that project.

I live oversea and I periodically ask to the property manager to take a picture of the yard for having an idea about the status of the yard.Every time I ask him to take care of shrubs and trees, he ask me:I will deduct the expenses from the rent, are you sure?

Hi, asking for picture ID is customary, it sounds to me like the passport is one item that you can use, not that it is required.

If it is a single family residence, I usually try to get as clear a picture as possible of the neighborhood, property condition, layout of the house, physical characteristics of the lot, verify if there are tenants currently and verify anything that I discovered in my online county parcel search.
