As long as payments are being made on time  This transfer on death is automatically, I set one up for my mom to avoid probate which can be lengthy and expensive, without making the horrible mistake that so many seniors make putting their children on the title before their death.

(I don't know the local law)If you do everything properly and make no promises and are within the law and no mistakes are made and are within the time frame of the foreclosure and have a buyer that doesn't back out at the last minute and have a clear title and do things through escrow, then you are probably okay.
