I live in Bellevue and plan on attending to just watch and learn the process in the hopes of participating next year, when I have some money that I wouldn't mind being tied up.

I did a lot of reading and video watching the last 2 weeks when I found out what wholesaling is after watching Grant Cordone.

I think in addition to the fact that it's porous, you actually put up a roadblock from buyers with it because they don't recognize it after watching HGTV and other TV shows.

You want to send a strong message that you are actively watching the property for all violations.
