I’m looking for advise on the best credit cards with either cash or travel rewards.

My credit score is not very good. 640I have 10k in available funds and some in my SEP IRA and credit cards.

With the right 0% credit cards and contractor relationships you can get a job done in as few draws as possible and just pay down your card with the draw disbursement.

In between the houses often get broken into and everything stolen, including wiring 8n the walls. since mine are all connected I now only rent to artists.
