Thinking through the process of screening prospective tenants, and I wanted to get some input from other BP members.

I have a rental property under an LLC which has 3 members that we want to refinance.We want to deed the property to one of our managing members who has the best credit score.  

It says they hold the power to require occupants be member safe of a single housekeeping unit... so that’s my main concern.

A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.The site has quite a few tools that can be helpful for new members.

All have been long time members of our association and working with local investors and small business.For Tax Strategy, hands down I would recommend John Hyre - but he works on a national level, formerly from Ohio. 

The current HOA rules state that the MEMBER aka the Owner is the only one who can book the "parties" and that the member  must be present for the duration of any party.
