That was part of our decision to go with Tiny Homes on Trailers rather than building anything permanent since the Tiny Homes effectively are treated like an RV.

Most important may not be "how you structure," but that you make great investments and take action to create cash flow and profits.As a lender I see a lot of companies organized poorly and accounting for things incorrectly, but it might be better to see a lot of income structured incorrectly, and a little organized perfectly :) With that said, I am careful not to give legal or accounting advice, I can say that I maintain separate companies and open business accounts for each company.

It’s very important for me to know exactly how much we’ve spent per property so I can keep track and know how to make decisions moving forward.The best thing I think I’ve found so far is Expensify it allows you to take photos of each of my receipts and tag them to a report(which will be the house I’m working on) the only thing it doesn’t give you an option for returns, I just messaged them hopefully there’s a way to add returns as this would be a big bummer if you couldn’t.
