Stay away from overly tight common areas and make sure there is access to decent internet available.

It sounds like you're seeking validation from someone on the internet to commit fraud. 

I do not trust internet storage to be hack roof.

The internet makes it possible to work from anywhere and stay in communication with family and friends, so it's much more attractive than it would have been 20 years ago. 

Some of that you will be able to find online. i.e. internet, pest control, tv costs.

Ask them [IF] they need some kind of help...they might be OK.Asking people on the internet will get you a plethora of responses, and none will probably be what they need.On a side note: (They ought to dip building lumber and plywood into some kind of fireproof bath at the factory--imagine a building that would resist burning like that.)

It is less than 5 minutes off of a major highway which is nice and fingers crossed a casino is in the plans about 5 min away which would be a nice draw as well.

Either a lot of people don't use Sparefoot, thus you will take a priority position on the internet if you sign up with them. 

We would like something not too far from a decent-sized city so we have good internet (my husband works in web development) but still something with a little bit of acreage/not too much in-town.
