More Consumer banks are offering mortgages with lower down payments (I heard Wells Fargo is promoting a 5% downpayment for primary residence home mortgages) so you can check with your bank to see if they'll offer similar options.

And we know where it ended.. with him and his wife living in a upscale ocean front city in Portugal.. so maybe not very bright minded on the assets he bought and promoted but sure was smart to get out of dodge ahead of all the litigation.. 

I don't think it's anything that you've done to promote that feeling, but even someone commenting that the post is really old might make it seem like it should be left alone.

As someone pointed out, "they're hired guns to promote Pace Morby" and  to get people to sign up. 

Usually, real estate websites promote their "Become a Billionaire Overnight!

They said people can't promote themselves in the forums and that it's only allowed in the marketplace section.

And in exchange for paying a management fee and promote, you can usually hire someone to manage your investment that has years more experience than you can ever hope to gain on your own.
