Can you lead me to a link or where does it describe the legal conditions for wholesaling?

Hey,I just wanted to get some input on the current market conditions and if there are high-end flips to do still in Miami, FL. 

Depending on the condition of the house will depend on if you need to save up extra money to fix up the house before buying or if you could live it in and fix it up as you are able to financially.

If I had to find a deal to save my life, I guess I wouldn't make it.

Life insurance companies on the other hand have longer term liabilities and they look for longer term assets (25-30 year loans) to match that.
