Brad Orpano if passed it means they’ll get rid of requiring banks to check income on loans if they’re under a certain asset level, meaning we’d be that much closer to extremely lose lending financial conditions again

Now based off the area of the house, the conditions of the house, and the price he’s asking for it, I can already tell my offer isn’t going to be anywhere near his asking price but im just stuck on how to put the numbers together to be able to make a valid offer.

What I do like those is the Carolinas specifically Charleston  I found that city about 5 years ago and it was coming out of the 08 melt down.. but I was keen on Boeing and being around aviation all my life I thought the Dreamliner was going to be a huge hit and when they moved it all to Charleston.. and Boeing bought 1000 acres around the airport..

When your realtor writes your offer, make sure you have a long enough inspection period and a financing and appraised value contingency and you should be able to walk away with your entire deposit back if conditions aren't met.

I’d say 15-25 percent is a good amount to avoid overleverage  I don't get how you get more return with 20% down compared to more down with all of the interest payments you pay over the life of the mortgage.
