My question is, are there any resources you have used in your company for new "non-employee" wholesaler positions?

Shame I don't qualify for something like this; apparently all humans are not created equal after all. 

Rentometer is a great resource to get a rough estimate on rents.

Don't forget Lubbock is still a small town at heart and RE thrives off of human relationships.

It would still be useful to know what resources people usually consult to learn more about an area - especially a relatively low profile place that may not be a DC/LA/NYC etc.Thanks so much in advance!
