I have never had a tenant be late, but I would be stunned if Cozy.co did not alert me to the fact.

I have recently finished up my tour in the Navy and am now focused on real estate.

Also, I've heard there's lots of advantages to having the remaining rent come from the government (not late, no issues, etc) and that typically, they are higher than average because of that.
